I'd say that this is the next big trend but so many of the successful originators have practiced this already. Many of us came from that background (Wall Street, Insurance, etc) so the approach was natural.

The best part is this. Mortgage Planning will save our industry. Better education about suitability and using a mortgage as a financial planning tool will show the regulators that we mean business.
