While the video is 57 minutes in length, your business decisions over the next decade MUST embrace the principles laid out if you plan on thriving over the next decade and developing a business model of positive cash-flow.

Unfortunately, most readers will not take the time to listen, much less absorb and implement the millionaire maker fundamentals provided by Charlie Paparelli. Yet, if you do heed the advice, you are going to charge ahead of the rest of the field in your chosen niche.

How "Shallow Kal" Can Teach You A Thing or Two About Niche Marketing

I'll admit, I have been critical of Kal Wayman's commercials in the past and still find them a bit distasteful. I would never call nor use him for a home loan. However, that is exactly the point I have been trying to drive with loan originators...market to YOUR niche market, not the 90% that are NOT in your niche market.

That's exactly what Kal has done. He identified a niche market in alignment with his personality and lifestyle. Again, his niche is not my cup of tea, however it is his and a vast number of others he identifies with. We are in a great country that allows for individuals to thrive serving niches as diverse as the craters on the moon. 

Other examples of individuals serving niches and thriving are Howard Stern, Rush Limbaugh, Donald Trump and James Carville. Love em' or hate them, they have prospered in their chosen niche markets. 

Take the time to watch these three interviews with Kal Wayman regarding principles he employs to reset and put his life and work in perspective. Additionally, he will explain how he brands and markets himself.
