Let's think of a few things:

1.) Focus on activities (controlable) not outcomes (controllable through activities).

2.) Let's presume the mortgage bid-ness (as the Odious Scott Tucker puts it) is gonna get harder.

3.) Let's presume that we must start with 3-5 simple actions that we can do on an iterated basis.

4.) Let's presume that we must wind up with 8-10 sources of loans that we hit at least once a month.
